ALPLER Spreaders – Built to Last, Engineered for Performance
Materials & Durability
While paint and coatings offer some protection, nothing matches the durability of stainless steel—especially for components that come into direct contact with fertiliser. ALPLER spreaders are engineered using high-grade structural stainless steel to stand up to the toughest agricultural conditions. However, we strongly recommend not storing Urea in your spreader to maintain longevity.
Unmatched Build Quality
ALPLER spreaders are the result of four years of development. We’ve sourced the most reliable, field-tested technology and robust design features to bring you one of the most durable spreaders on the market. Our machines have undergone two years of rigorous testing to ensure they deliver long-term value. The team behind ALPLER brings decades of experience in agricultural manufacturing and supply—we understand what works, what lasts, and what it takes to engineer a spreader that performs year after year.
Proven Design Heritage
This spreader is the latest evolution of the TRANSPREAD design, widely adopted by leading spreader manufacturers. Originally developed by New Zealand spreading contractor and later designer and manufacturer David Hoyle, this design draws on more than 60 years of expertise in spreader engineering.
Simplicity by Design
Searching for moving parts? You won’t find many. ALPLER spreaders are designed with simplicity in mind—only the essential components remain. And the parts we do use are fully proprietary and easily replaceable. Bearings, hydraulic looms, and motors are commonly stocked by most suppliers, giving you peace of mind. ALPLER also maintains a comprehensive inventory of parts, but rest assured, replacements are easy to source locally.
Warranty That Stands Out
We stand behind our products with a comprehensive two-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects—front to back. We encourage you to ask other spreader manufacturers if their warranty measures up.
The Chain Advantage
Why choose a chain over a belt?
ALPLER warrants the chain system on our spreaders for five years. Originally designed for salt spreaders in the harsh climates of North America and Canada, these chains are built for extreme durability. Unlike belts, chain-driven systems are unaffected by gravity or slope, ensuring a consistent fertiliser flow to the spinners in all terrain conditions. This results in more accurate and reliable spreading, no matter the environment.
